Screening Package  

We will take the hassle out of advertising, answering to enquiries and selecting which candidates to interview.  All you need to do is interview the candidates and complete background checks.  We can complete background checks at an additional cost.     

 

We will:

·         Advertise the position on Seek and Trademe

·         Answer potential candidates enquiries 

·         Screen candidate’s Resume

·         Shortlist up to 5 potential candidates for you to interview based on resume details which match the description and requirements of the role

·         Email you a shortlist of candidate’s resume   

Selection Package

Let us advertise, pre-screen and interview up to 6 potential candidates for you.  They undergo stringent interviewing processes to ensure we only select candidates of the highest caliber for you to interview.  We will shortlist for you to 3.  All you do is hold the second interview and complete background checks.  We can carryout the background check at an additional cost.           

We will:

·         Advertise the position on Seek and Trademe

·         Answer potential candidates enquiries 

·         Screen candidate’s Resume

·         Interview up to 6 potential candidates

·         Shortlist candidates for you to 3 to interview

·         Make notes on the candidate’s presentation, career goals and personality

·         Email you a shortlist of client details and resume 

Referee Check Package

Before hiring, it’s important you complete a background check.  Each candidate is thoroughly reference checked and details gathered are provided to you.  

We will:

¨      Contact referees

¨      Provide you written details gathered from a candidates career background check
